While we will try and help with diagnosing problems with any software or hardware you are using this may become
chargeable - but any charges would be agreed with you before they are incurred!
When sending us details please provide as much information as possible - including (where applicable):
- Date
- Time
- Detailed description of problem
- Any "pattern" to the problem?
- Anything you may think may be causing the problem?
- Make / model of machine
- Make / model of modem
- Operating system (Windows 95 / 98 etc.)
- Dial-in number being called
- Anything else...
Providing us with as much information as possible means we may not have to come back to you with more questions and therefore the problem gets solved quicker!
