Thanks for your reply. I managed to configure Outlook Express to send e-mails as stated. I am very impressed with your organisations timely replies to queries. Previously I've sent enquiries late at night and have received a response within an hour. I feel I've made a good choice of website host!

"I had previously registered domain names with a company offering "FREE UK domain name registration" - only when I actually wanted to USE the name did I realise the catch! They charged me £80 + VAT and cost me a lot of wasted time just to release / transfer the name to another ISP (yourselves).
