If I cancel a service will you give
a refund for the unused amount?

It is our policy not to issue a refund for any unused time once a domain has been registered or a service setup if a service is cancelled. We have to pay for many services "up-front" or for the whole period - in addition, we do not charge any setup fees.

Web / email and Internet access services are initially setup for a period of 12 months and then renew for a further 12 months.

Domain names are usually registered for a period of 2 years - for specific registration and renewal details please see here.

You may cancel a service on or before its renewal date and will not then be billed for the next period.

However, although we cannot give a refund - if you have a service that you wish to cancel we will (at our discretion) either let you transfer the service to another domain name that you have with us or give a credit against other services we offer.
